Corporate membership is open to any corporation supplying goods or services in support of vascular and interventional radiologists within the region of this society. Corporate membership is by invitation or by application to the executive committee of the Society.

Corporate Foundation Members are non-voting, but may attend all meetings and are welcome to address the floor at any session. Corporate Foundation Members may have two representatives present at all scientific and business sessions and will be invited to all social programs. If they elect to do so, Corporate Foundation Members are welcome to set up a booth for product display providing such can be accommodated at the meeting facility. Corporate Foundation Members are given priority for setting up display space at the Society's semi-annual meetings. Initiation fee will serve as the first year's dues, and that amount will be required as annual dues thereafter. In addition, Corporate Foundation Members may, from time to time, be requested to underwrite the expenses of a guest speaker. Under such circumstances the guest speaker may be drawn from the Corporate Foundation Member's speakers bureau, subject to approval by the program committee. The executive committee, subject to majority ratification at the annual business meeting, sets the amount of corporate annual dues. Current dues for Foundation Corporate Members are $1200

General Corporate Members are non-voting, but may attend all meetings and are welcome to address the floor at any session. General Corporate Members may have one representatives present at all scientific and business sessions and will be invited to all social programs. If they elect to do so, General Corporate Members are welcome to set up a booth for product display providing such can be accommodated at the meeting facility. However, General Corporate Members do not receive priority for setting up display space at the Society's semi-annual meetings, and such space can only be allotted on an as available basis. The executive committee, subject to majority ratification at the annual business meeting, sets the amount of corporate annual dues. Current dues for General Corporate Members are $600.

MIRS Corporate Logo Program

All corporate members may elect to have their corporate logo displayed on the MIRS Internet site, www.mirs.org, with a link to the member's home page. Participating members must provide the logo in an appropriate format (gif or jpeg) for Internet publication. Image size cannot exceed 146 by 42 pixels (width x height) and the image must be available on the members Internet site or provided on either a PC compatible floppy disk or as an e-mail attachment sent to memberservices@mirs.org. There is no fee to the member for participation in this program. However, if the logo can only be provided on printed media, special handling may be required and any unusual costs entailed in digitizing and formatting the art work will be charged to the member.
